Text setup

The Text button now opens an iPhone Messages draft directly with the current contact's phone number and the dynamic template below.

  1. Tap Text on the contact you are working.
  2. Messages opens to that contact's number.
  3. The body is filled from the saved template and contact fields.
  4. You review it, then tap send on the iPhone.

This does not auto-send. Apple still requires you to tap send in Messages.
